May I cancel my order or return an item?:

All items are eligible for return with in 30 days of delivery. Any sealed item (herb, tea, etc) must remain sealed to receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item isn't returned in original condition.

 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or missing items?:

If you receive a damaged item or are missing items, contact us immediately with your order number at waterbear.wizard@gmail.com. We will replace any damaged/missing items provided they are reported with photos, within 48 hours of order delivery.

 

What is the processing time for orders?:

The current processing time is 1-2 business days.
