General Information:
Mugwort can have calming effect, it is added to aid in relieving anxiety. Lemongrass, lemon peel, and sweet orange peel are to help uplift/energize the mind and body. Hibiscus is added for antioxidants and tangy flavor, this herb has many wonderful uses.
Three size bags available:
0.5 oz - This will yield roughly four cups of tea.
2.0 oz - This will yield roughly 16 cups of tea.
3.0 oz - This will yield roughly 24 cups of tea.
Directions:
Steep 1.5 tablespoons for 4 minutes.
